MTECH USA MT-378 Tactical Folding Knife
This is one excellent knife for the price! We have read other reviews about this knife including from using it overseas, in military applications and even in public Law Enforcement applications and this knife holds up really well. The blade style is a tanto shape, and is 440A stainless steel with a black finish. The knife also has a deep pocket clip with aluminum slabs for the handle. This is a manual open knife, however the knife also possesses the one-handed, assisting opening method. A very tough knife, razor sharp folding knife that is perfect for any cutting application. - Tom

There are many neck knives out in the market today. None of them are more affordable and sturdy as the Master Cutlery MTech MT-673! We have found similar knives that sell a lot higher in price, that cannot compare with the price and over all cutting power and quality of this knife. This knife has a tanto style blade and made from of 440A stainless steel and has a "stone washed " finish. The handles have g10 scales on them and it's the most comfortable neck knife to hold. The handle of this knife is also full tang. The kydex looking sheath is very well made and keeps the knife tightly secured. I like this knife a lot, because it is "low profile". When worn around a person's neck, the breakaway chain is long enough to ride in the users front shirt pocket. Because the blade is only "2 inches" this is a perfect knife to consider buying, as it conforms to a lot of state carry laws. As always, we recommend that you check your state laws before carrying any knife closed or open carry.

MTECH USA MT-673 Fixed Blade Neck Knife
If you are a Law Enforcement Officer and are looking for an inexpensive tool to help you while on duty, the Master Cutlery "TAC-Force" brand that Master Cutlery is a great choice in regards to value, quality and rescue options. This folding knife features a Police shield symbol embossed on the handle of the knife. The handle slabs are tough aluminum that is 75% black and 35% blue. The handle has a black glass breaker on the pommel of the knife handle, as well as a lanyard hole for extra hanging and grip options. The end of the handle also has a seatbelt cutter. The top of the handle has a great thumb rest with very nice jimping in the thumb rest for extra gripping power. The blade has an assisted spring opening, that allows easy one hand deployment. The emblem is an embossed blue, sixpointed star symbol, outlined with a white border used as the standard Medical Identification Symbol. The handle slabs are tough aluminum that is metallic orange and is highly reflective for easy visibility. The handle has a glass breaker on the pommel of the knife handle as well as a seatbelt cutter. The top of the knife also has a great flat thumb stud that the users thumb can grip at that point and not slide forward.The blade has an assisted spring opening, that allows easy one hand deployment. This is a medium fixed blade knife from Master Cutlery's "Elk Ridge" brand. This is a classic upswept blade style that is a skinner The knife is also a great utility or bushcraft knife in it own right. The polished 440A stainless steel is really nice looking as is the maple burl handle slabs which is a nice touch on this knife. The laser elk logo cut out has no adverse impact to the structural integrity of the blade, as far as our tests have shown. The knife comes with a great leather sheath that is well-stretched and holds the knife securely in place.We really like this knife, its solid full tang construction and sleek looks and razor-sharp blade is a great addition to any hunter's or survivalist's gear.

This is a large fixed blade knife is Master Cutlery "Survivor" brand . This knife is based on the old hollow handled knifes that came out in the early part of the 1980's. This design is much improved, the handle is made out of aluminum and has a knurled grip. The drop point style blade is very sharp 440A stainless steel, and has both large saw teeth and smaller saw teeth on the top of the blade. The end of the handle is threaded and when it is unscrewed, that cap has a built-in compass on the inside of the cap. Inside the handle revels a small plastic bag with matches and a striker, led sinkers, hooks. and fishing line. There is a lot of room for additional items. We suggesting buying some band-aids, first-aid cream and some cotton balls with petroleum jelly soaked in, for some quick firestarting.
Inside the handle, there is a threaded screw that is spot wielded to the blade and a single screw that holds the blade to the handle, internally. While we like the improvements over all to this model of knife, we highly suggest that if you buy this knife to also buy a pair of long needle nose pliers in regards to tighten that nut internally if it becomes loose. In our tests, that the nut actually did become loose when we simply sawed a small piece of wood. This caused the blade to wobble a bit from the handle.. which we were able to fix. Even so, our opinion is that this is still a great knife for the price and is a great quick emergency option if you had to "grab and go" some gear, suddenly. - Tom

This knife comes in a box with a zombie on the front and the knife handle is metallic green with a biohazard symbol on it. The blade is 440A stainless steel, and has one partial serrated edge.. however the blade does look like a spear point in style or boot knife like in appearance. With Zombie movies and TV shows all the popular rage today, this sort of memorabilia is a favorite for movie collectors or that genre. The knife has a one-handed assisted spring opening, that is flawless.
