This Multi Tool features:

pliers

wire cutters

knife

awl/knife

3mm flat screwdriver

2mm flat screwdriver

Phillips screwdriver

flat file

saw

can/bottle opener

Two things that we noticed that are different with this multi tool. The first is that instead of a spring to hold the pliers open, there are two pieces of metal in the handles. The second thing to be noted, is that the tools are "outside" of the handle, almost like a big pocket knife. All of the Multi Tools that we have seen, you have to unfold the handles, to get to the tools.

Some of my team members feel that more dirt and pocket lint would get inside the tool in the long run. However, that could be avoided by putting the tool into a zip lock sandwich bag or a pouch. Making a carrying pouch is easy, just use duc tape and thin cardboard. Actually we have done this many times in regards to pocket knifes. Not a big issue, just an observation.

My thoughts on with the tools being on the outside... I really like it. Reason being if I need to get to a knife or one of the other tools, I can do so very quickly.

The tools themselves work very well, the knife came "shaving sharp". I can slice thru paper in "one pass" that is very impressive. The can opener and bottle cap opener is on one tool. I've never seen that before and I think that is a nice idea because it saves space in the multi tool.

We feel the tool over all is great, it does have some weight to it, but it is not that bad to carry in ones pocket. We hope that the company adds a belt sheath for the tool at some point.
